Welcome to Happy Packers and Movers. By using our website or services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any booking or inquiry.

1. Service Agreement
When you book a service with Happy Packers and Movers, you enter into an agreement to allow us to pack, transport, and deliver your belongings as per the scope defined during booking. A written or digital confirmation is required to initiate any relocation.

2. Booking & Confirmation
All bookings must be made in advance via phone, email, or our website. Confirmation of the booking is subject to availability. Once confirmed, any changes must be communicated at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled move.

3. Pricing & Payment
Prices are estimated based on the information provided by the customer. Final charges may vary based on actual inventory, distance, additional labor, or services like dismantling, unpacking, or storage.

• 50% advance payment is required at the time of booking.

• The remaining amount must be paid before unloading at the destination.

• Payments can be made via cash, UPI, bank transfer, or card.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made 48 hours before the move will be eligible for a full refund of the advance amount.

• Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.

• No refunds will be issued for cancellations on the day of the move unless due to unavoidable emergencies.

5. Liability & Damages
We take full responsibility for handling your belongings with care. However, we are not liable for:

• Items not packed by our team

• Delays due to weather, traffic, or third-party actions

• Pre-existing damages or fragile items not declared in advance

Claims for loss or damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Our liability is limited to the declared value or a maximum as per carrier liability norms.

6. Prohibited Items
We do not transport flammable liquids, explosives, perishable goods, pets, or illegal items. Any such inclusion without disclosure is the customer’s responsibility.

7. Vehicle Transport Disclaimer
All vehicles transported are checked before loading. We are not responsible for mechanical issues unrelated to the transportation process. Personal belongings should not be kept inside the vehicle during transit.

8. Storage Services
Goods stored in our warehouse are subject to monthly charges. Late payments may result in restricted access or disposal of goods after 60 days of non-payment, as per policy.

9. Force Majeure
Happy Packers and Movers is not responsible for delays or failure to provide services due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, or accidents.

10. Legal Jurisdiction
All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in the city where the service was booked (Hyderabad, unless otherwise agreed).
